3 March 2026 — Mizoram के Sairang Railway Station पर एक ऐतिहासिक पल आया। Food Corporation of India (FCI) का पहला Food Grain Cargo Train यहाँ पहुंचा — Punjab से 42 Wagons में लदे 25,900 Quintal Rice (2,590 Metric Tonnes) के साथ! यह सिर्फ एक Cargo Train का Arrival नहीं था — यह Mizoram की Food Security का नया युग था। PIB Delhi ने आधिकारिक रूप से इसे Historic Milestone बताया है। 13 September 2025 को PM Modi ने 51.38 KM Bairabi-Sairang Line Inaugurate की थी — और सिर्फ 6 महीनों में यह Line Mizoram की Logistics का Backbone बन चुकी है।
